Bald Eagles of Blackwater NWR ebook

In celebration of the 90th anniversary of the creation of Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge, the nonprofit Friends of Blackwater have created a 54-page digital book (PDF format) that follows the bald eagle nesting season at the Refuge and also tracks the development of immature eagles to adulthood.

The book is suitable for all ages and features full-color, print-quality photographs of eagle life at Blackwater NWR. Learn more about the natural behaviors of eagles at the Refuge and how they live their lives throughout the year.

The book is available for a $15 donation to the Friends of Blackwater, and all funds raised will be used to support the biological, interpretive, and educational programs at the Refuge.
